- Blend of Phytogenic Hydrophilic Emulsifiers
- Good Bio-Surfactant activity.
- Emulsification and micromicelle formation and it's absorption.
- GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) or Non-toxic.
- Non-ionic and stable in broad range of pH.
- "Nutritional Emulsifier" as it consumes little energy than other emulsifiers like soy.
- Increase digestibility of long chain saturated fatty acids (C16 and C18).
- Reduces fat from abdominal pad and liver.
- Increases dietary protein utilization and its absorption also.
- Reduces viscosity, hence compatible with Non Starch Polysaccharides.
- Compatible with fat soluble vitamins.
- Synergistically works with bile salts.
